Had lunch here twice when we visited Avithos beach. We shared a trio of starters & some house wine. Really lovely. Highly recommend.

Excellent beachfront taverna with a lovely atmosphere - lots of families with children. The service was friendly and prompt. Our drinks arrived quickly - we're always happy to wait.
We had taramasalata, bread and olives to share as a starter. Grilled tuna fish and calamari for a main with a Greek salad that we didn't eat and they boxed up for us to take away. All washed down with a tasty litre of house white and two Aperol Spritz.
At the end of a leisurely time - we were there nearly three hours, I had paid the bill and added a tip €105 but by mistake I had left €125. On leaving the waiter called me
back and showed the money I'd left. That's honesty for you ! I didn't get his name but he and all the waiters are a credit to this taverna.- Είδος γεύματος

The sea bass was perfectly cooked—crispy on the outside, tender and flaky inside, with a rich, buttery flavor that melted in my mouth. The cod was just as impressive, light yet satisfying, with a delicate seasoning that brought out its natural sweetness. A truly delicious seafood experience I won’t forget!

My favourite restaurant on the island! I’ve been coming here for a few years and get the carbonara every time. As a carbonara expert, I can confidently tell you this is the best one I’ve ever eaten. The view is great, waiters are nice and overall such a great atmosphere and experience every time!

Such an incredible find. Beautiful location next to a wonderful beach, fantastic Kefalonian food (the meat pie was incredible as was the fish) and really great service. All at a good price and and with each parking. Make sure you check this place out when in Kefalonia.

One of my favorite places in Kefalonia! I’ve been here many times over the years, even as a kid. After 4 years I visited it again last year, nothing changed! The food is always delicious and people are so nice and friendly. Here is the best swordfish I’ve ever tried. Greek salad, tzatziki, french fries, baby calamari, club sandwiches are perfect. Also it has a beautiful sea view

Needless to say the food was incredible. The staff sat us quickly and we think we just missed the lunchtime rush as the places filled up whilst we were there. The food was incredible and we enjoyed it. We definitely ordered too much as the portions were generous. If you’re in the area, I’d almost go as far as to say this place is a must visit. Great food. We came here in October last year, had some delicious traditional greek food overlooking avithos beach. It was a very quiet, peaceful spot in the shade with a beautiful view.

Very nice dinner and place. I had a huge salad (it serves at least three people) and some very fresh and tasty fried calamari that already came with a small but very good salad. I also hand half liter or white wine (very good wine). Total price was 24€. Service is quick and kind, the location is amazing. I recommend it very very much!

Fantastic local food on a really nice beach, well priced and great options for everyone. Be wary if you decide to try and drive right down as the road out the car park is STEEP! We parked just up the road and there’s an easy walkway through . 👍

One of the best stuffed tomatoes I got in whole Greece. Friendly and quick service. Located at the shore of Avithos beach. Wonderful place, will definitely come back!

Overall it was the best tavern for us during our 8 days visit in kefalonia as we went there 4 times. The staff was really friendly and accommodating as they helped us pick food. They had big portions of food every dish especially the octapus and every kind of fish were delicious. Its one of the best taverns in kefalonia without any doubt and i would definitely recommend visiting!
